Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen ravioli (we like Woodstock brand)
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ¾–1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- ½–¾ cup reserved pasta water
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Boil ravioli according to instructions on the bag.
- Reserve at least 1 cup pasta water before draining.
- Strain and add directly back into the pan. It’s okay if there’s a little water left (dripping).
- Add butter and a 1/4 cup pasta water to start. Let it melt together.
- Add more pasta water for more creaminess as you go.
- Add a 1/4 cup at a time of Parmesan and use taste to decide how much more to add.
- Add a little salt and a lot of black pepper. Serve and enjoy!
